Adding positions is much more difficult now because the headers for the departments are hidden. It requires some counting and some planning. Be especially careful in so doing.
To that end, to further the Belvedere Brown sub-plot, I have updated the Marine Positions for a Marine CO to make sure that Bell is considered an "inferior" officer.
