I am pleased to announce to all citizens who have been using these ugly cabs during the construction. I first offer the apologies of the Public Works Department for the inconvenience of the retrofit. I however am pleased, as I said to announce the Department and the Faculty of Engineering have been able to bring public teleportation on stream.

Please use as you see fit. The Colony continues to serve your needs. The Public Works Department expects to add ports in Cardassia Court, Bajor Boulevard, Rue Romulus and Vulcan Ventures in the new refugee housing within the week.
