Klingon Konnection – Once a Cheater... Empty
PostSubject: Klingon Konnection – Once a Cheater...   Klingon Konnection – Once a Cheater... EmptyThu Feb 11, 2010 5:30 am

Vincent had been spending a lot of time on Governor's Station because of the problems with the Tamarians and the Klingons. The high orbit vantage point was perfect. With Eugenio taking the plumb posting as Mayor of Wells City, Elizabeth was left on the Station to command the station and care for its staff. Elizabeth is a grand dam of Betazoid beauty. Vincent is a aged Commodore and the grandfather of the colony.

His trophy wife may be a great beauty but now she is a doting mother of baby Nicole Viceroy. Vincent was an older man having to deal with a child for the first time in a long time. He was struggling. In fact, he enjoyed his time on Governor's Station more than he enjoyed his time at home lately.

Vincent and Elizabeth were soon comparing notes. Elizabeth told Vincent that he should be a grandfather not a father. She joked that she could simply send Brenna home when things got too stressful. Nicole and Magenta could look after the "little terror". Soon these coffee chats were turning into hours of comforting chat. Vincent thought of his time with Mary-Lou Cole during the pregnancy. Mary-Lou was like Bobbi-Lee. She was a trophy.

Elizabeth had become more of a confidante then a trophy. He could tell her anything, everything. Vincent was the Military Commander in Chief on the Colony. He was responsible for all troop movement and all military activity including the USS Archangel and USS Wrath of Prometheus. He had a lot of responsibility and then to go home and try to be a father to baby Nicole Viceroy. It was tearing him apart.

Nicole Viceroy, the beloved baby had a horrible night. She hardly slept. Vincent had to go to the Station. Rumors persisted that Captain Phillip Lexington was about to resign as Tamarian leader over his inability to keep the Tamarians at bay. This could mean chaotic change. When Vincent got to the station, he was exhausted. Elizabeth was a grand host. She offered him a bed to sleep for a while. Vincent was overjoyed. It was exactly what he needed.

Elizabeth told Vincent that Summer could keep an eye on the Tamarians. Vincent slept for a couple of hours. Vincent was awoken by the beautiful Betazoid crawling up into the covers. He felt her unzip his uniform pants. It was exactly what he needed. He did not want a trophy bride anymore. He wanted someone with whom he could share his thoughts, his experiences, and his feelings. Someone with the same life experience he had shared. As the Betazoid Captain writhed on top of him, Vincent realized that he and Bobbi-Lee had drifted apart. Elizabeth moaned in sheer joy as their unison was complete.

Summer burst into the room, "Captain Lexington has resigned!"

Summer suddenly grabbed her mouth, "Captain Coren!!"

Elizabeth covered up and turned around. Vincent jumped up and got dressed following Summer Vasa out to Station Operations. Vincent looked at Summer, "Have Colonel Fidelis contact Colonel Brown. Dispatch the Phoenix Defence League to create a parameter."

"Yes, sir.", Summer responded.

"Commander Vasa?", Vincent looked at her.

"Don't worry, sir. This is Governor's Station. One of the reasons its up here is to get away from the Colony. No one can see what happens up here.", Summer responded. She knew it was not her place to get involved. Vincent felt relieved.

"Inform Vice President Branson. Ask her to take steps to install a new Phoenix Federation Representative for the Tamarians.", Vincent ordered, back to all business.

"Yes, sir.", Commander Vasa responded.

Elizabeth came out, it took her a little longer to get dressed. Within a couple of hours, a lot can change on the Phoenix Colony. Nicole Branson had arranged for Bill Clinton to become the Tamarian Leader. He was their foreman at the Omega Sands Processing Plant anyway. Ironically, the Tamarians would listen to Bill. His speech to the people of Tokyo was awesome. He is a fine leader. Elora Vasa and her two children were with Bill when he gave the speech. Nicole was proud of the Migrant and his quick transition averting a tragic turn to chaos. Mr. Clinton will always be remembered for this.

Cheaters often forget who their activity affects. Vincent sat with Bobbi-Lee as he told her that he had found another; someone who understood him. Bobbi-Lee was devastated. She had no desire to be alone. She had a baby. The scene was horrible. There were many tears on both sides. Vincent finally gathered his things and left for Governor's Station. Bobbi-Lee sat there in a hump watching the baby sway back and forth in her crib. This was a horrible time. It should be something joyous and now it was a horrible mess. Bobbi-Lee picked up a picture of her and Vincent and tossed it across the room.

Elizabeth had a similar task. She went to Little Lakaria to tell Magenta that she was leaving her father... for Commodore Vincent Viceroy. Nicole had always thought of Vincent as a father figure but never ever dreamed that he could actually end up as her father-in-law. Magenta was horrified, "What about Dad?"

Elizabeth snapped, "Your father left me when he got involved with Ishka. I could never respect him after he got involved with a monster who was trading in flesh!"

"He was getting it together.", Magenta cried.

"I could not respect him ever again. Vincent I respect. Vincent I love.", Elizabeth yelled.

Magenta screamed, "Get out of my house!"

Nicole tried to console her. Magenta was heartbroken. She had no desire to be consoled. She shoved Nicole and went upstairs.

Nicole met Vincent at Rick's. The pair could not go to BLACK. Vincent tried to explain what happened. Nicole loved him in a fatherly way. She hugged him. Life was never simple. Especially here. There would be many fences to mend.

Bobbi-Lee was home alone when a fire broke out in the neighbours. She immediately called Laaker Teero, the Damage Control Specialist. Laaker dispatched the fire department. He could not get a hold of Jason Morris. Laaker was furious. He quickly called Captain Lexington. Phillip was in no mood to go to work after his resignation. He told Laaker to call Jason. Laaker ordered the Fire Chief to respond.

By the time the department arrived, the home was fully involved. Phillip was furious that the defensive systems did not engage. He coordinated the fire response. He was working very hard for about 2.5 hours. He came over to the south side of the house and saw Bobbi-Lee standing outside crying.

Phillip walked over, "Are you okay, ma'am?"

"The break up of a home is so tragic.", Bobbi-Lee spoke, speaking more of her own life than of the fire.

Phillip hugged her, "No one was injured and the fire is now controlled. With industrial replicators, by tomorrow afternoon, you won't even know there was a fire here."

Bobbi-Lee could not believe how wonderful it felt in the arms of the heroic fireman. She was reached inside his coat and held him close to her.

"Would you like a coffee?", Bobbi-Lee asked.

Phillip had had a terrible couple of days. He had resigned as Tamarian Mayor. He had the tumultuous un-controlled invasion of Osaka as a cross to bare. He was embarrassed and spilled his guts to Bobbi-Lee. They both needed something. Bobbi-Lee felt betrayed and alone thanks to Vincent. Phillip felt betrayed and alone after being abandoned by the Tamarians.

Phillip and Bobbi-Lee were soon in bed and the tender Fire Chief made Bobbi-Lee feel beautiful again. Bobbi-Lee made the lost hero feel heroic again. The pair were wonderful, joyous and even in unison as they made love in the bed she once shared with Commodore Viceroy.

Vincent arrived on the Station hurt and saddened by his announcement to Bobbi-Lee. He was met with a swirling kiss from his new love, Captain Elizabeth Coren. This time, there was no secrecy. No hiding in a sleeping chamber off the Captain's ready room, they were out in the open now. Vincent felt alive and reborn with a woman of his own age. This was what he wanted, what he needed.

Soon, they were in the bed once shared by Elizabeth and Eugenio making up for being interrupted by Summer Vasa.

The colony had been changed forever again by the dynamics of the relationships between its membership. The only persons not enjoying this new reorganization were Nicole Branson who was laying in bed looking at the roof and Magenta Coren-Branson who was downstairs sobbing on the couch holding a pillow. Bizarre how things work out.
