William limped into Nicole's office and looked her dead in the eye.
"I cannot believe you did it... You whored yourself out for the colony." He said almost shouting.
"But it will save the colony." Nicole said with a bit of fright in her voice. She has seen Hunt mad but this was something different. Something cold and harsh and violent she begins to wonder if this was the Hunt that appeared after the death of his wife.
He looked ragged limping with his arm in a sling from the battle aboard the Black Dragon to save his crew and his daughter.
"I will do whatever I think is necessary. I don't want to do this but it wouldn't be the first time" she shouted back tears running down her eyes.
"Nicole you will not do you hear me. I will deal with this and I will teach Paige and the rest of those assholes what it means to mess with me or the Phoenix Federation." He said as he turned and walked out of her office slamming the wooden door he had put in for her a few years back the door slamming with enough force that the few glass panes shattered from the force of the impact.
A few moments later William beamed aboard the Station and was stopped by Vincent.
"Don't you dare go in there William" he said standing in Hunts way.
"Get out of my way or you're going to regret it I am going to save this colony without allowing you to continue to whore Nicole out, you coward!" William grabbed Vincent and slammed him into the bulkhead and continued to walk.
As he arrived at the quarters for the Betazed Delegation the doors parted open and he met Eugeno.
"You will not get this colony." William said looking at the Betazoid.
"Maybe but that will not be up to you Hunt." He said before he too landed on the ground still unsure as to what had happened.
"How did you do that" he demanded looking at Hunt dumbfounded.
"The same way I'm going to save this colony and remind you who saved your ass during the liberation wars even though you bailed on us during it." William said.
"Plus as far as I care you can have the expanse you will not however have this colony I will destroy it first before I allow you or the Federation to have it. Do you know what though? I don't even have to" he said with a laugh.
"When Betezed agreed to the Accords they signed off any rights they had to this part of space. You forfeited any future rights to attempt to grab this sector of space. As a member of the Federation you agreed with the vote to ratify this accord so you screwed up and there's not a dam thing you can do about it.
"Attempt to seize this planet and I will not only destroy the fleet attacking it but I will go after Betazed and Earth.", William said as Eugeno looked at Hunt and he was truly afraid what happened to him.
What would cause Hunt to see a path of violence and why did it scare him so.
"William, you are an overzealous fool. You are right to be upset but you have to realize what you are saying. We exist because of the Williams Accord. We exist because they allow us to.", Nicole snapped as she walked in. Her hair and make up still disheveled over her recent visit to the station.
She literally followed him there. William looked at Nicole, "You represent the government of the Phoenix Federation. Your behavior reflects on all of us. You stupid child, you make us all look like whores with your behavior."
Nicole loved and respected William but she was now the one pissed off, "Look William, you may be able to wave your sword as the President of the Phoenix Federation parading arounding Black Dragon but we gotta live her on the Phoenix Colony. We will do whatever is necessary to survive. Even if that means swallowing a little Betazoid Dick."
Nicole was the one getting "f**ked" here. Nicole glared at William, "I resign my position as Vice President of the Phoenix Federation. I am through trying to live up to your ideals. You can represent your own Federation. I am more proud to represent the colony."
William looked stunned, "I am only trying to help."
"We will figure this out on our own, Mr. President. We have to live here.", Nicole stormed from the room.
