The Washington banked hard and veered towards the USS Eagle. Lindsay Viceroy screamed as the Washington ignited its weapons. Captain T'Zohl reported the engagement to Governor's Station. Summer Vasa immediately reported the incident to the surface.
Elora could sense the fear in the voice of her sister. Summer, a Betazoid had obviously picked it up from Lindsay. Elora informed Commodore Viceroy that the Galaxy Class Washington had entered an attack vector versus the Miranda Class Eagle. Vincent was furious. Dominic obviously was not kidding as he left the conference.
Vincent contacted Nicole. He wanted someone to speak for the Phoenix Federation. Nicole told Vincent that she does not speak for the Federation. Vincent screamed, "What the hell are we supposed to do then?"
Vincent looked at D'Solos Vreenak, "Options, Governor?"
"Respond, Commodore.", D'Solos grumbled.
"I will inform the city states.", Vreenak responded.
Vincent informed the Eagle to respond. Captain T'Zohl refused to activate her weapons under fear that the Miranda was no match for the Washington.
Vincent was furious with Casper. He ordered a response. Gul Vash Enranet was contacted on the Tanmesad and asked to respond. Vash looked at Galley, "Engage the Washington."
The Cardassian crew prepared for the worst. The Federation was making a run at one of the smalll ships in the Colony Task Group. The Federation had started this.
The Tanmesad had been too quiet in recent history on the colony. This was a time when the Tanmesad was a big part of Phoenix Federation history representing the Federation in the Alpha Quadrant serving the Hebetian Republic of Cardassia, the democracy formed out of the end of the regime of Gul Dukat and Legate Dumar.
Candi, the automaton built by Carson Warren and Jessamine Leo were brilliant as the Tanmesad scored three powerful hits on the Washington.
Casper quickly withdrew from the Territory around the Phoenix Colony. He was not too pleased with the damage but the colony has to know this is for real. The Federation has designs on the colony and this is only the first step.
