When Tchilick awoke to vomiting, Calloway joked that she may be pregnant. She grinned at the very thought. The pair would share stories about human pregnancy over the next few days and prepared to meet with Dr. Aeron Lo.
Lo had been in the news recently for rescinding her military commitment and asked that all those who serve in the Dr. Julian Bashir Institute to do the same. The remarkable thing is that the doctors soon followed suit.
Click and Calloway walked into Dr. Lo's office and were still smiling about the possibilty that Click could be carrying a human child; a by product of the transporter accident.
Aeron smiled and listened to their jokes. She too thought there was a high likelihood that Captain Tchilack was with child. Aeron and Click joked about Click other child. Qwynne served as a fighter pilot in the Epsilon Force.
Aeron examined Click hoping to find the hormonal evidence of a pregnancy. Suddenly the mood changed from joking to sombre. Aeron looked at Click, "May the prophets be by your side."
Click looked at Aeron, "What?"
"Mr. Tchilack, you are dying of old age. The transporter experiment did not cheat death.", Aeron was as sad as Click at the news.
Xindi Insectoids do not live forever; living on average from 7 to 9 years. Today was Tchilick's turn. Aeron walked out to tell Calloway what had happened. Aeron looked at Calloway, "There is no cheating death."
Calloway came in and held Tchilick's hand as the Xindi left the universe. Calloway, a fighter pilot, sobbed at the very sight.
Commander S'Ari called it. Captain John Warren arranged it. The fighter crew, the marines and the dragons were together in the holosuite at the Casino. They had it arranged.
Commander S'Ari, Commander T'Zohl - Executive Officer of the USS Quasar Quest, Tracer, and Alexis Bladon fly the missing man formation in honor of a pilot who fought for the Federation Elite Force, for the Omega Fleet, for the Phoenix Fleet and now for the King's Fleet.
