Annabelle looked at her father, "Please behave yourself. This is very important."
Legate Anwar looked at Annabelle, "These people are not Cardassians."
Thua'ra Varno looked at Legate Anwar, "Sir, please understand. This is for our freedom. This is for Cardassia."
Vash Enranet looked at Thua'ra, "Minister Garak has arrived. He will meet with the group in the conference room."
Annabelle looked at Anwar, "Please, father. This is about our last chance to save the Cardassian Union. You must work with Minister Garak. You must convince Admiral Viceroy that you are willing to work with Minister Garak and to behave in a peaceful manner."
Legate Anwar looked at Admiral Viceory, "Where is Governor Branson?"
"This is a military matter. She is responsible for the civilians on the colony. The operations of the King's Fleet in the region do not fall under her authority.", Vincent warned.
Anwar looked at Viceroy. He respected the Admiral and his service as well as their almost legendary chess match in the region. Anwar and Viceroy were soon talking logistics while Annabelle and the representatives of Minister Garak tried to work out a peaceful association agreement between the Hebetian Republic and the Cardassian Union.
Vincent and Captain John Warren looked over the Cardassian Intelligence on the ship movements in the Klingon Task Force. Vincent felt an odd shiver down his spine. Looking at maps provided by the Obsidian Order seemed somehow inappropriate for Star Fleet or any of its representative groups.
Annabelle looked at her father, "We are good to go. We have an agreement that guarantees the sovereignty of the Hebetian Republic. This will allow for the peaceful coexistence of both Cardassian Unions to unify their defence against the Klingon Invasion."
"The enemy of my enemy is my friend.", Anwar looked at Annabelle and Minister Garak.
Vincent looked at John, "I will report to Star Fleet. Use whatever force is necessary to maintain the sanctity of the Cardassian Unions. Share the intelligence provided by Legate Anwar with all vessels."
John looked at Vincent, "Are you sure?"
Vincent stared at John, "The United Federation of Planets has always been about the sanctity of any independent member. The Hebetian Republic is a proud and accepted member. Their safety against the Klingon Invasion falls under the authority of Star Fleet and we are bound to serve."
