Nicole was still stressed from the day when she got home. She helpd Colby with her homework and she even let Brenna go out to play with Francine. She was sitting on the couch alone. She oould not think of anything but Penny.
She tapped the communicator on the coffee table.
"Dr. Prang'Laar.", Penny announced, making sure that the HUD was turned off.
"Penny, its Nicole.", Branson announced.
"Can I help you, Governor?", Penny responded.
"I don't know.", Nicole fumbled for words. She was so graceful in public. She rose through the ranks because of her gift of the gab.
Penny could feel Nicole fumbling for words. She suddenly felt for her thinking of their few nights of passion.
"I am here to help you.", Penny finally fumbled the courage to say what was on her mind.
Nicole could tell that Penny was growing more into the call, "What are you wearing?", she playfully asked.
Penny reached forward but used all her strength to resist turning on the HUD to let Nicole see, "I am wearing nothing..."
Nicole stepped forward and tapped the HUD trying to see her Tellerite girlfriend. Penny had turned off the display.
The girls talked without seeing one another, a rarity in 2392 but they shared a moment ~ something few lovers get to share... a heart to heart chat.
