Stan and I have done some research. We have learned that we cannot encode the youtube videos into the mission posts, personal logs or news items any more. Stan has been in contact with Admiral William Hunt, our former Fleet Commander under the old Phoenix Fleet about contact for his webmaster without any luck.
Therefore, you can only include a video to set the mood using an html link code.

Item #2:
Though the Anodyne forums, we were able to get this new skin using Starbase 332 as the header. It is pretty cool. After much struggle trying to change the header, we have decided to adopt the Starbase into our storyline.
Feel free to use the new "Big Brother" Station as you see fit.
