Without or at least with minimal power to the replicators, Captain Robert E. Leo has adopted a strict immigration policy to control those who are entering and leaving the colony. There is only so much fruit that can be provided by the Ephryans and a strain on the resources is not permitted. No one is certain how long the blizzard will last.
Nicole had approved the immigration controls with the simple touch of PADD but she had no idea the real implications until Olivia Pan'Taar attempted to return to Ephyra to see Francine and Rosalie.
Nicole received the report as she sat in her living room. Olivia Pan'Taar had been detained at the Hive and would not be permitted to come to Ephyra. The Fighter Station, outside the storm area, had intercepted the Tellerite shuttle. When Olivia resisted, she had to be detained.
In a humiiating cat fight, her shirt was torn off. Olivia was held on the station and given a mug shot without her shirt. Nicole thought of the humiliation Olivia must have felt as she held the mug shot plate.
Her breasts exposed for all the world to see. Nicole thought of those supple breasts and the time she had spent very close to them. Tegora came in and grabbed the PADD. She looked at the image of Olivia Pan'Taar topless.
"You are with me, NOT WITH HER.", Tegora started to tear up.
"You are supposed to look at these, NOT THOSE!", Tegora ripped open her shirt to expose her tiny "titties".
Nicole had grown to seriously crush on Tegora. Tiger was spunky and cute. They had a lot of fun together but she loved Olivia. She felt tremendous sympathy for the humiliation she must have felt.
