The beautiful off shore facility can support the Colony Command indefinitely in the event of another occupation. Built in tribute to the Talosian Birds, the Angels of the colony.
Built in the Japanese city tradition of the hope brought to the colony by Lincoln Jefferson and his amazing Talosians. The birds were completely whipped out by the occupation.
Words cannot express our sorrow. The safe haven built at Osaka will serve as a constant reminder of their sacrifice and will prevent anyone from having to suffer the same fate.
The colony will survive.
