Nicole had agreed to meet with Ambassador Bella Pan'Taar to discuss the Antarian Accelarant and its potential trade to the Tellarites. The conversation quickly switched to her family history and the ladies who had become associated with Nicole Branson.
Bella finally blurted it out, "You must be one helluva lay for these women to sacrifice themselves to the notorious black widow knowing what a relationship with you might mean!"
The Tellarite had to get it off her chest. She had been holding it back trying to remain "diplomatic but it was tearing her up inside. Nicole Branson meant ruin to many Tellarites.
"It is not like that! The whole black widow thing is a creation of Christine T'Nley.", Nicole's eyes started to well up, "I am not the point of sacrifice."
"But I am that good in bed.", Nicole chuckled trying to lighten the mood.
"Oh really.", Bella was shocked by the witty retort. She felt a little excited by the words. She knew Nicole's reputation and she had never been with a human before.
Bella poured a glass of wine for the Governor and herself. The ladies began to chat about Nicole's medical sponsorship by Dr. Skylight Greene and her studies into the extension of youth, her doctoral thesis on beauty and humanification which is now commonplace in the Alpha Quadrant and more than that her caring for others. The ladies talked about unpopular refugees like the Cardassians and Klingons.
Bella chuckled as she looked out the window seeing Klingons tending to the Tegora Tower green spaces. Nicole could be very persuasive.
Chancellor T'tan had been over at the newly minted clinic to look at the students in the medical facility. She picked a beautiful rose and headed over to meet her Viceroy wedding date. She smiled thinking about how great it would be to share breakfast with Nicole.
She looked up at the window of Nicole's bedroom. Her heart filled with that special something.
T'tan saw Bella opening the curtain. She gasped, dropping the rose to the sidewalk. She was devastated. Nicole had a breakfast date already. The Vulcan centred herself mentally. This is why Vulcans chose a life of logic. Emotion leads to sensibilities and sensibilities lead to pain.
