All of the down time coming from the Dilithium shortage has led to boredom and not much time to spend alone. Commander Dawn Keystone has used the time to work on repairs to the Tanmesad particularly upgrading the systems to be more Starfleet, or better yet King's Fleet like.
She had not spent anytime with Gul Vash Enranet, her Cardassian lover and the person who enhances her human hormonal development which helps conceal her donkey like T'Waakian features. Her focus was the ship not her appearance.
The Tanmesad had been tasked with the opportunity to bring first batch of high pressure Dilithium to the Hebetian Republic. The ship was space faring once again.
Vash was very excited to be back into space. He held a gala event to celebrate the return to the trade missions and the symbolism of joint Cardassian Starfleet Operations.
Dawn walked into the gala event, once again with the large ears and tails that earned her the donkey nickname. Vash walked over, "Your system upgrades are highly functional, Glinn Keystone."
"This ship is a celebration of the two great civilizations working together.", Dawn smiled.
"Speaking of that, it appears you could use a hormonal injection of your own... Another celebration of the two great civilizations working together.", Vash smiled.
Dawn took the Cardassian into the cloak room and hunch over, "Gul Enranet, you are cleared for docking."
