Isn’t it interesting that there are Tholians in Federation Space and there were Tholians in 22 BBY in the worlds of Imperial Space. It is also interesting that for the first time since 2286 and Deep Space 12, the Tholians are making inroads into Federation Space and Federation politics.
Vanessa Sanders was aboard the USS Providence when she felt the presence of her immortal brethren. She immediately reached out to Admiral Viceroy. Vincent was worried that this will create problems for the King’s Fleet. His worry ended up causing some grief for the Fighter Squadron as Crixx Harles and his pilots were not interested in engaging the Tholians head on. They were likely to lose that interaction.
Vincent wanted more intelligence on the new Tholian Insurgence. Vincent called on old hands reaching out to Commander T’Zohl of Vulcan aboard the Chariot and Commander Tchilick Tchilack amongst the Fighter Squadron to return to the Double Q so the Sovereign had its best pilots as it prepared to spend more time in the Badlands searching for the vessels of Tholian Assembly.
T’Zohl looked at Click as she banked the big bird hard towards the gates of Hell. The Vulcan smiled. It was good to be home.
Vanessa was truly traumatized by the experiencing of Tholian Energy. She was almost ready to give it all up and return to the colony or even back to Earth when Captain John Warren suggested that Commander Dawn Keystone be assigned to the Providence to help Captain Sanders stay on the Rhodes Island Class. John had the terrible task of telling Abraham Lincoln, the former Shocktrooper 2395-1 that he would have take the Helmsperson position or leave the Providence. Dawn would become Executive Officer of the Providence to help Vanessa Sanders stay the course.
Admiral Petrovich Daagh has been in command of the Plato as he tries to learn the ways of Starfleet. To make matters worse, he and the Tellarite Ambassador Jovalla Naar’Haaj have broken up. Petr needed a new Executive Officer. The trouble is even his own people don’t like the former ISB Admiral. He finally settled for the former USS Lexington Executive Officer Commander T’Aste. The Vulcan has become very unpopular after sharing the Lexington logs about cannibalism to survive the temporal chaos caused by the Multiverse Rift. Her name, Tay-astay has been bastardized to Taste because of the darkness that was her service aboard the Lexington. Petr knows that kind of hatred. He can handle the criticism.
The Ambassador Class Ship was going to do some strategic mapping for the Tholian Assembly sightings. It was great learning opportunity for the Shocktroopers turned Cadets including Vulcan Ambassador S’Likk and former X Wing Pilot turned Helmsperson Jackson Harris.
Things in the region are getting more interesting.
