The King’s Fleet has been dormant for a while. Nicole Branson and Vincent Viceroy are resting easy on Riisa; their service complete. The ships were allegedly decommissioned and were to be stored at the former King’s Fleet colony as a kind of retrospective of the regional fleet authority’s accomplishments. Unbeknownst to Starfleet, Admiral Tan and Admiral Deveniss had worked to meticulously restore the vessels hoping for another chance to be a part of the fun.
The opportunity would come when 700 prisoners aboard a Klingon Transfer vessel would crash. The crash may have been the end for many on the ship but it was the beginning for the new King’s Fleet.
