The Vidiian Ship brought down in the Parkway was a horrendous eye sore and a symbol of the darkness of the pilgrimmage. Vincent wanted it removed. Nicole wanted it removed. The trouble for Acrylos is that a ship that large is not so easy to move, especially having fallen from space and driven into the planetoid's surface.
Teero spent a lot of time in the Parkway staring at the ship before coming up with the plan; a monument to the victory. The master builder worked very hard on the project creating the Vidiian Victory Monument.
Acrylos brought Colonel Brown and Dr. Chikace Larle to the cut the ribbon. This was a special day.
