Phillip was at the Commune with Mary-Lou when Belvedere and Erica came in. Mary-Lou was very busy with the club jumping. Erica quickly left the side of her Antican friend and headed over to the VIP area to sit with Cleveland Powers. Powers hated meeting in the Commune, prefering to torment his buddy, Marcus Dinn at RICKS but he wanted the noise to speak to Lavigne about what leverage could be gained from the Flagstaff incident. He knew things about Goddard. He needed some way to make that information more valuable.
Bell walked up to the bar. Phillip was there. Even though they had met at BLACK, the tension between them was very real now. They had shared an intimacy that few get to share. Bell lifted his glass to the fire chief. Phillip lifted his glass of wine.
"Pretty tense situation.", Brown broke the silence.
"That is for sure. Who would of thought that helping out would be so hard.", Phillip smiled.
Soon they were laughing and joking about the Federation's marines. The Beta Battalion's loss to the Klingons greatly soiled their reputation. Phillip and Bell were getting a little tipsy again. Phillip looked at Bell, "Be careful, you know what happened last time."
Mary-Lou came over to see Phillip, "You might as well go, Felix. There is no way I am gonna get out of here tonight. With the extra people from the ship and their families around, the Commune is hopping."
Phillip looked at Bell, "Do you wanna come back to the Village?"
"I best. I don't want to end up drunk somewhere.", Bell smiled.
Soon the two men were in Phillip's amazing apartment in the Village. Lexington was compensated well for his job and with Laaker Teero taking a position in space, he was more important than ever. The men were soon drinking wine and laughing and joking.
Bell looked at Phillip, "How come I am so comfortable with you? You are Caitian."
"And I, you. You are Antican.", Phillip smiled.
"I am going to take a shower.", Phillip informed the Colonel.
Phillip was standing in the sonic shower. Being Caitian, he never understood the human fascination with having water fall on your face. He felt Bell crawl into the shower and squeeze up in behind him.
Phillip slowly turned his head back, "This is what gets us into trouble you know."
Phillip arched his back as the Antican Colonel revealed his gun. Phillip and Belvedere were soon continuing their torrid affair.
The morning came. Phillip wanted the Colonel to just get up and leave. He wanted to go to see Mary-Lou once more. He wanted to cleanse these thoughts from his head.
Colonel Brown rolled over and looked at Phillip. Phillip wanted him to go. Bell should go. Bell leaned forward and kissed Phillip on the snout reaching below the blanket. The more effiminent featured Phillip had become the "bottom" in their relationship. It was never planned. It just happened.
Phillip wanted to tell Bell to leave. It should be that way. This should be a mistake that just went away. His brain was telling him to tell the marine to leave but his body, almost outside of his control, rolled over to allow access for the Marine. They were soon going at it again.
How does this keep happening...
