Nicole has grown so much since taking command of the Omega Colony. She was an alloof artist who spent more time on her hair and nails than she did not her command responsibilities. She however has a caring nature. Opening up the colony to the Omega Fleet Protected Territories refugees may be the greatest act of caring in the history of the region. She built them houses, schools and the amazing Dr. Leonard McCoy teaching hospital.
Nicole moved from a manion in the Veltkamp gated community into row housing in the Cardassian Community to prove her support and caring. Despite the criticism of the Omega News Network, she advanced the use of the Omega energy at the core of the planet. Nicole was well loved by the commoners if not by the media.
Nicole then saw the whole thing go cold before her eyes. Project Freeze, designed to stop the Fire of Omega in Vorta'Rome has killed at least 10,000 people on the Omega Colony. Funerals and ceremonies in countless races are going on around the colony as clean up continues.
Nicole cannot help but feel responsible. She has spent countless hours at the hospitals in both Omega Prime [the Dr. Leonard McCoy Teaching Hospital] and in the Village. She may not be a doctor or even a counsellor but her very presence seems to calm people.
She is spending more nights at the Dr. McCoy Teaching Hospital now. She has an ulterior motive. She and Skye are closer than ever. Skye, the older in the pairing has tried to stiffle the young lady but to no avail. Nicole gets what she is after. She is insatiable.
