The Klingons have stood idly by Legate Anwar set about rebuilding the Cardassian Union and now as the Empire looks to rebuild its reputation, the Klingons have begun attacking the Cardassians.
In the beginning, this meant very little to Ephyra until General Hon'Tihl Kabarann came forward with a request to use the Garden as a stop over point in the invasion of Cardassia. When Governor Nicole Branson refused, the Klingons have declared their intention to take Ephyra by force.
