Tegora looked at Autumn, "The field generator is used to create a thin layer of breathable air around an away party member, it has never been used in this application."
"Do you think it can work?", the Betazoid asked her country woman.
"In theory, it should. The field generator has been used to control extreme heat on many planets. This is for away teams in hostile environments.", Tegora looked at the small projection device placed in the belts of many away team uniform belts.
Autumn looked at Velvet, "It generates a field that covers the entire body, including the fingers."
"It is so dangerous. The Borg field generator may protect you with your little torpedo toy but it prevents actual contact. The away team field generator is just too close.", Velvet looked at Autumn.
"I cannot allow it.", Velvet looked at Autumn.
Autumn grabbed Velvet. Velvet screamed, "It will burn her hands right off."
Velvet screamed and then she started cooing. Autumn grinned, "Dr. Vasa, I love you."
