When Harper approached Monica with word that Starfleet and in particular the humans were going to make a play to oust he Romulans, she was very intrigued. The Rmulans had become very reluctant to act against the advancing Breen. The leadership of Admiral T'Ros had continued to inform the Federation that this was a Klingon problem and not a Federation concern.
Monica was like so many others in speaking out against the policy of non-response. This had put her at odds with Deveniss. The problems were only made worse when General Patruchio neroQ proclaimed himself Chancellor. Osama Larle was one of the King's Fleet's own.
Monica felt that something more than a terse statement stating that the UFP recognized Chancellor Larle as the Klingon leader was required. She packed her things to join Harper Madison in the inner circle of Starfleet. Deveniss was devastated. Monica was very cold in her response stating only that she lived to serve.
Plans were made clear. Harper and Monica were going to go after T'Sir Suran and Admiral T'Ros. Harper and Monica were reviewing their plot in the war room when Harper suddenly leaned in and kissed her. Monica had Ben with the aging Selayan for a long time. It had been very long since she felt the touch of human hands. The warmth of the kiss was very special. Soon Harper was f**king the former Head of Starfleet Command on the war room table. He would soon be the President and she once again in charge of the whole thing.
Monica quickly moved Wolf Faulkner out to Federation One. It was at first believed that the human was considered a potential leak for their plot but it was soon realized that the loyalist was out there to watch Suran. Harper had learned about Richard's indiscretion in women's clothing and wanted to keep the potential embarrassment to a minimum. Harper moved Richard to the wej'veQ to serve as the Federation observer in the region. The move would keep the Madison name safe from political harm and would also give the family eyes close to the Breen advancement. The lizards were clearly out to rest abolish their name after being labelled as lackeys for the Founders.
Deveniss was upset the Richard was not forced to take a lesser rank and a lesser role but spet a lot of time familiarizing the Federation Admiral with the Klingon Station and its monitoring abilities. Richard was surprisingly impressed with the often criticized Selayan. Deveniss slept often but whle awake he left detailed orders and detailed reviews to make the station a formidable resource.
Richard was very impressed and acknowledged the tremendous work of the King's Fleet Chief of Staff. Richard discussed his duties as ExecutiveOfficer. Deveniss went into great detail about his expectations for the Number One position. Deveniss then joked, "And your predecessor also let me finger her."
Richard gave an eerie chuckle looking at the clawed hand of the old Selayan. Richard went back to his quarters. He thought about the mistake he had made onFederation One dressing as a female in secret and venting his soul in his own personal log knowing what he did about the Gon Tanus and the human Paul Warren. Richard knew that Harper had assigned hi to the wej'veQ because of his personal log entry and his professing of support for then political figurehead President Paul Warren.
Richard also knew that Harper and Monica were going to make a play to oust the Romulans and when they did so, they would bring him down to keep him away from his second Presidency. Richard sat alone in his fancy Executive Officer quarters. Monica slept with Deveniss. The quarters were rarely used.
Richard engaged in a sonic shower and then removed the body hair using light technology from his whole body. Richard would often sports beard to make himself seem moe masculine. This would help hide his feminine hidden side. Richard then added an enzyme to his head and by adding water caused his hair to grow. Richard then donned some lingerie left behind by Admiral Monica Montgomery. He looked in the mirror and just stood there staring for a while.
Richard was literally shaking in fear. He had not done this one other time in his life and it had cost him his job. He was stuck out in the boonies working for a regional fleet authority. He started to take off the lingerie when something came over him. It could not get worse now. Richard summoned the courage and walked down the hallway dressed in the female clothing. He even met another officer on the grand station. The officer never even flinched nodding, "Admiral."
Richard had served on Starbase 756. He knew of Governor Branson's all inclusive approach but he had never felt it's acceptance. He chimed the door at Admiral Deveniss' quarters. Deveniss knew of Tanus and was actually good friends with Franklin Stone. He knew of the alternate choices. He was not stunned by Admiral Richard Madison dressed in this way. Richard looked at the old Selayan, 'You said this was part of the duties of your executive officer."
Richard's voice broke as he was literally shaking. He had ever dressed this way for anyone ever... Deveniss looked at Richard and opened his blankets. The human crawled in next to the old Selayan. It was warm and cozy. Deveniss put his arm around the human and cuddled in to go to sleep. Richard wanted more. He used his ass against the hips of the old Selayan. Deveniss knew what he wanted. He turned the human face down on the bed and spelt exposed his ass. Richard was literally quivering as the Selayan nuzzled his but cheeks before spitting on his opening. The saliva of the Selayan was so very slippery. Deveniss then licked around the opening its the forked tongue that Monica loved so much. Richard's whole body tingled with the touch. Deveniss then licked his finger for extra lubrication and plunged it into the awaiting human. Richard moaned with excitement as the human got his first experience.
Richard exploded into the front of his lingerie as Deveniss relaxed to go back to sleep. Richard cuddled into the old Selayan contented with his new assignment.
