With successful negotiations with the Romulans creating the formation of New Terra, another planetary home for the Phoenix Federation, President William Hunt and the PFF Wildfire have successfully created a new home for the Phoenix Federation Headquarters.
The Romulan negotiations have also lead to the successful negotations of control of the distribution of the Omega Sands. Commander T'Ros and the city of Vorta'Rome, Romulan Omega Molecule Experiment (Rome) now control the distribution of Dilithium from the colony.
The result is a very upset Vulcan sub-culture. The Vulcans have suffered greatly since the oppression of V'Ros and with the attempt made on the life of President William Hunt and now losing out control of the Dilithium distribution.
The Vulcans are deeply hurt; appeasement is in order.
