Zek Ishka, the notorious Ferenginar Mobster who controlled much of the trade around Outpost 294 near Betazed when the Colony was located in the region serving on Sigma Station Alpha and New Netherlands has made an appearance on the Phoenix Colony at Outpost 395 allegedly because of a dark incident that occurred on the Station including the death of his known associate Nina Nyland.
Ishka brings a new element to the "Untouchable" situation as he too will want to exert more control over the activities, particularly within the underground of the Phoenix Colony. The potential for a mafia war between Cleveland Powers and Zek Ishka has put Colony officials on high alert.
Ishka has applied for and been granted a license to operate a hovering restaurant to be called the "Ishka Inflatable" and the restaurant will host a 2389 New Years Party and all are invited.
