For his heroic efforts during the Omega Fires Incident, Captain Phillip Lexington has been selected by the Tamarians to represent them on the Territory Omega Council as Mayor of Tokyo. The Caitian is a legend amongst the Tamarians for his heroics including saving many Tamarian lives at great personal risk after the bombing.
