After learning that the Klingons have secretly been supplied with weapons in an attempt by the House of Olarg to once again capture the "Gateway to the Beta Quadrant", Outpost 395, the Phoenix Colony, the Phoenix Defence League begins "Operation Omega"
Operation Omega started on 23 February 2010. In an attempt to pincer the Klingon forces, Allied forces (Independent Vulcan and Phoenix Defence League), landed in the Villa under the assumption that there would be little to no resistance.
Nevertheless, Klingon forces put up a strong and bloody resistance to Allied forces in Kalama.
During Operation Omega, Phoenix Colony and Klingon vessels fight the Space Battle of Coren.
