Christine knew what the real news was. She knew the mystery of the Orb was being discussed as far away as New Terra as speculation continued over exactly what it was. She knew that even the United Federation of Planets were discussing the Tholian situation in Paris, France on Earth. Why the Tholians and why now? What did they suddenly have in their banks to decide they needed to do this.
Christine wanted to cover the Orb but she knew that Omega Academy Students wanted something else. They wanted the Phoenix Colony Soap Opera. They wanted coverage of Vincent Viceroy and his affair laden relationship with Kennedy shipping heiress Bobbi-Lee Kennedy-Viceroy. They wanted to know about the Nicole Branson and Magenta Coren-Branson, about Lindsay Viceroy and Captain S'Nii.
Christine swallowed her pride. She was a journalist and she became something else. She loved walking the Jake Anderson Parkway and watching the kids using their Heads Up Display wrist bands to watch ONN coverage of the Colonists.
Christine never wanted to cover this stuff. No wait, she loved to throw it the face of the elitist military. She and her reporters uncovered some images of Nicole Branson and Magenta Coren-Branson and of Captain S'Nii and Lindsay Viceroy.
Christine toyed with her audience. She told them she would reveal Branson for the dog she was. Now she had the opportunity. An image taken in the backyard of Nicole Branson's house, an image of the two girls playing around.
In light of what happened to Christine and her dog leash imagery surrounding Cole Porter. She loved to embarrass Nicole Branson in this way. The truth is Nicole and Magenta were just playing around but the image was perfect. Vincent is gonna be furious when he says her behavior. Her sexual play is hardly befitting someone of her stature.
Christine was so happy to have one on the Vice President. She secretly wanted one on Vincent as well but had been able to catch the returning Military Commander In Chief in a compromising position. His time will come.
Christine needed to still embarrass him. Her next option was to go after his neice, USS Wrath of Prometheus Executive Officer Lindsay Viceroy. Christine used a plant on the Prometheus to grab an image of Viceroy and Captain S'Nii playing in the holodeck.
Vincent hated dealing with the same sex issue surrounding Nicole Branson and now to see Lindsay behaving as bad if not worse parading around nearly naked with the Vulcan arrogant one known as Captain S'Nii. Christine wished she could be sitting in Vincent's office when the HUD image came up.
It would have been hilarious.
