Nicole received word from Admiral Tim Veltkamp that Starbase 234 had been placed under a new command structure and would the new leadership has agreed to meet with the leadership of the colony. Nicole was pleased to make a new start with the Federation.
Nicole dressed in a beautiful outfit. She walked in smiling for the first time since she had been abused by Admiral Illyan Coren. She thought this was a great opportunity.
Vincent looked positively handsome in his Naval Whites expecting to make a grand impression on his United Federation of Planets Counterparts. No one would ever accuse the Phoenix Federation, the Phoenix Fleet or the Phoenix Colony of being unprofessional. Vincent looked at Olivia as she adjusted his pips.
"You look marvelous.", the green haired beauty grinned.
Vincent smiled and winked, "Let them come."
Tim walked into the room, "I am informed by Commander Elora Vasa that they are about to enter the Complex."
Nicole primped her hair. She looked at Vincent, "Ready."
"New place, new relationships.", Vincent smiled, picking up the bottle of wine he had Olivia chilling for just this occasion.
The doors open, out they came...
Alexander Paige! Dominic Montgomery! Eugenio and Elizabeth Coren!
Alexander burst out laughing, "Surprise! Surprise! Surprise!"
Nicole screamed, "If you set foot on the Phoenix Colony, you could be executed."
"This is not the Phoenix Colony, you little bitch! This is H'Atoria Minor, Property of Klingon Empire!", Dominic cackled in a sheer evil tone.
"This is the Phoenix Federation as defined by the Paris Accords and the Amanda Corridor!", Nicole shouted back.
Dominic smiled, "Dorothy, you are not in Kansas anymore. Up in the Typhon Expanse, your biggest plaything was a mosquito empire known as the Zaranites. Here, this is where the big boys play, baby. The Romulans are here. The Klingons are here and here the Federation Station at 234 is not a refuelling platform for explorers entering the Beta Quadrant. 234 is a war operations station hell bent on controlling the Klingon and Romulan Empires. We are for real now toots."
Dominic stepped forward, "Maybe if you f**ked me, Nicole, I could leave your colony alone."
Dominic knew the words would be very painful. Nicole had been abused by his father. Nicole was about to burst into tears.
Vincent stepped forward, "I think it is time you left."
"As you wish... We just wanted to welcome you to the neighbourhood....", Dominic grinned.
Alexander raised his hands giving Nicole and Vincent a pair of middle fingers... Even in 2390, the message can be sent.
Dominic and Alexander sauntered from the building.
Nicole looked at Vincent, "What are we gonna do?"
Vincent took a deep breath, "I don't know. I just don't know."
