Elena has spent every opportunity to punk out the Dogs of War and the Cardassians. Elena has accused Commander Tania Branson of being a sympathizer and accused her of being a slut. Tania and Elena almost came to blows on Governor's Station.
Elena has been a thorn in everyone's side. She has also been a constant tormenter of Belvedere Brown. Bell is the marine senior commander and Elena and her Liberators need to be in line. Elena has challenged the Tanmesad to marine games.
Her Jesuits of the Pope against whatever Cardassian lizards she can find. Tania accepted the challenge. They were drinking. They were at Ishkas.
Vash was furious to learn of the challenge. He scolded his executive officer for her callousness. Vash shouted at Tania, "The Tanmesad has no marine corps."
"Vash, these people fought in two wars. They fought the Klingons, the Federation and Bajorans and now they have fought in the Cardassian Civil War. They are tough.", Tania reminded Vash.
Elena met Vash and Tania at Third Corinthians. Elena laughed as Vash informed the Bajoran that the Tanmesad had no marines. Tania looked at the floor. It had been a long time in her career as Tanmesad executive officer that the Borg disconnect had felt ashamed and unsure. Elena looked at Vash, "I should have known. A Cardassian softee and his Borg discard would have no answer for the Pound."
Elena barked like a dog mocking the Tanmesad leadership.
"Stop barking like a dog, you stupid Bajoran.", Captain Todd looked at Elena.
"What are you doing here, Dragon?", Elena looked at the Special Forces Operative.
"Before I was a Dragon, I was a Vulture... A scavenger picking on waste like you.", Evangeline grinned.
"A Vulture?", Elena looked.
"What the hell is a Vulture?", she continued.
"The Vultures of Vengeance, the Tanmesad Cardassian Guard, at your service.", Evangeline grinned.
Tania looked at Vengeance, "Why??"
"Bell gave me a call. He said you had let yourself get into trouble.", Vengeance laughed.
Elena is a brilliant commander but she lacks the experience of a Todd. Evangeline lived on the streets of Omega Prime. Evangeline fought the Vulcans, Romulans and Klingons on the Omega Planet. She has learned from Belvedere Brown and Tanus of Gorn. She can play this game.
When Evangeline captured the flag, Elena had to concede. Tania was on the Tanmesad when the capture occurred. She literally screamed with joy. Elena looked at Vengeance, "You have won Dragon but Branson will have to pay for her brash speech."
"You are a Dragon, you are not Tanmesad. The Cardassians still have not beat me.", Elena mocked.
Evangeline laughed, "You are good, Elena. You have some stuff to learn. You are good though."
Tania waited on the Tanmesad for Evangeline to return. Tania looked at the street urchin, "Thanks."
"Shut up and get out of them f**king clothes!", Evangeline ordered.
"What?", Tania looked at the Marine.
"Look, Branson. For the past three months, I have fought the enemy on the ground on the Omega Planet. I have not been with another in that long. Now get out of them god damn clothes.", Evangeline repeated her order.
"I am not going to simply comply.", Tania responded.
"You owe me, Branson. Now strip.", Evangeline demanded.
Tania had not been with anyone either. She and Evangeline tore the clothes off each other.
