Nicole was back at the Federation Complex when Lisa came walking in.
"Vice Admiral, can we go for a walk.", she asked.
Nicole and Lisa went in behind the beautiful city and just sat there. Finally, Lisa told Nicole, "I never have known the violence in my own spirit until I saw those Romulans hit you."
Nicole looked at Lisa as she leaned in and kissed her in the meadow. In that very instance the romance was reborn. The pair walked and talked the day away.
After an amazing afternoon and an even more amazing supper, Lisa stood up. She clasped Nicole's hand. Nicole looked up.
Lisa looked at Nicole, "I am yours."
Nicole felt a different kind of warmth in her soul.
Nicole looked at Lisa, "You saved my life. I am yours."
Lisa smiled, "Together."
Nicole looked at Lisa, "Together."
