The arrival of the Phoenix Moon has brought a lot of interest across the Alpha Quadrant. The most intriguing of these interests has come from Admiral T'Ora and the Vulcans. The Vulcans have often arrogantly proclaimed dominion of space travel since they first met Zefram Cochrane so long ago.
The Vulcans were the first to use the awesome power of Dilithium to power their crafts and have now laid claim to the Omega Enriched Dilithium of the Phoenix Moon. The Vulcans claim to have visited the Phoenix Colony in the Beta Quadrant in the time of the USS Lexington in the first Enterprise Era and the time of Captain Archer. This dominion is reestablished in 2392.
Admiral T'Ora has joined the Cardassians, both under the authority of Legate Anwar and the Republic under the authority of Minister Elim Garak, the Bajorans under Brig. General Acrylos Teero and the Romulans under Commander T'Ros.
It is very interesting what a new moon can bring...
