"John, I waited nearly 3 months to get a damn doctor. I don't care if she wants to screw the head of Star Fleet, she is not getting out of her obligation.", Captain S'Nii snapped.
"She is bound to serve aboard the USS King William.", John announced as the Task Force Commander. Warren was aware that Dr. Peneleaus Prang'Laar had petitioned to have her commission reverted to the Dr. Julian Bashir Institute.
S'Nii was furious to learn of the petition. She thought she had found a doctor to serve on her ship. She never thought a trip to the resort would lead to a potential reunification of the Nicole Branson and Penny Prang'Laar relationshp.
Nicole even went to meet to with Viceroy himself, literally begging him to step in her behalf. Vincent Viceroy informed Nicole that he was not about to step in on a military commission no matter who she was; governor or otherwise.
Nicole was furious. She and Penny had shared a moment on the Dennyson beach and she thought it was going to be the start of something special again. Instead, she was looking at the Star Fleet logo in her office and cursing the day she had ever thought about the honor behind it.
