The United Federation of Planets and Star Fleet find Vice Admiral Nicole Branson has formally pleaded guilty to the action in contravention of the above convention.
As an act of contrition, Vice Admiral Branson will resign as governor of Territory Omega. The role will be transferred to Omega Prime Mayor Commodore Vincent Viceroy.
Vice Admiral Nicole Branson will be permitted to retain her position on the Territory Omega Council and will be able to retain her leadership of the Phoenix Colony.
All activities will be reviewed by her probationary officer, identified in the Directed Verdict as Erica Lavigne.
No one is above the law, not even the Vice Admiral.
