In a brash and bold move, Commander T'Ros has commissioned and transferred the construction of the finish point for the Phoenix Marathon, now the centerpiece of Universiade 2386, not because of the student who is going to win but because of the bizarre pack of 5 entrants who will finish near the back of the pack....

With extensive bragging rights on the line, Commander T'Ros has had the public works department under my authority build the incredible T'Ros Marathon Stadium, complete with a statue of Hercules with T'Ros sitting on his shoulder in front of the building.
So much is riding on the event... I hope that the Commander has not bit off more than she can chew by already building the stadium in her honor.
