The King's Fleet has learned that General Belvedere Brown has been selected as the head of Starfleet Command after the victory in the Beta Zeta Sector. Field Marshsl Brown has already headed to Paris leaving his son Jack and the mother of his child Christine T'Mley to fend for themselves. Duty to the Corps supersedes duty to family.
Christine sobbed in her quarters trying to hold it together learning two horrors in one day. Her lover had betrayed her in a war celebration on First Corinthians and now he had left her for duty.
Colonel Beamon was furious when she learned that Tanus, a Major who had been busted down from Colonel had been selected to lead the marines. She had liberated Darona. Her Zombies were at minimum at least compared to his Dragons.
"You are as bad as Branson. You have now been successful at f**king your way to the top.", Zoe screamed about the taboo sexual congress between Bell and the Gorn.
Colonel Beamon then announced that the Zombies would support the Pigs In Space mission on Darona and stormed from the room.
Tanus was like Christine. He had lost a friend and a confidante. He slumped in the chair in his quarters. He had a new job now. The Dragons were not just the special Forces anymore. They were the whole defence force.
