The cousin of former Phoenix Colony Governor Cole Porter, Carleton had risen to the rank of Ambassador. Hon'Tihl considered him a friend and used her new influence to get a non-confidence vote and move the Antican into the Igloo, the center of Cold Camelot to serve as Mayor of the makeshift city and as Governor of the Colony of Reykja Penthe. In an instance, she had regained control of the region.
General Kabarann then made another great move. Using the House of NeroC, she has been able to secure the Trill Dr. Lasiter Lau as a inhabitant of the new Klingon. The benefit here is that Lasiter Lau was once kept immortal by Dr. Loiza Coren, wife of Admiral Illyan Coren. This will bind the visiting Admiral to the Klingon High Council.
