The Klingons have placed bounties on the head of General Tanus of Gorn, Captain Bethany Montgomery and the USS Archangel. The Romulans have also issued bounties on the Plato and Anne Branson. The bounties have extended to Lindsay Viceroy and S'Nii and the Sunrise.
Someone has to pay for the fallout out of the Temporal Incident.
King Louis has also ordered the murder of Admiral Ilkyan Coren and his wife Loiza over the death of his father.
The whole thing looks more like the Wild West than like life in the colonies of the Federation.
