RBC came on the air for the evening broadcast coming out of a stunning victory by the King's Fleet over the Cardassians, a major change in the Klingon political landscape and two alleged alliances; the non-aggression pact between the Romulan's and the colony of Reykja Penthe and the alleged family alliance between N'Talya neroQ and Nicole Branson, Christine had her lead story all prepped.
Christine asked her audience if they knew their governor. She asked her audience if after all the betrayals and lies if their safety being in the hands of Nicole Branson. Christine reported that her crew had learned that Nicole Branson and Grace Gra'Naarg had a secret rendezvous aboard the USS Providence. This was not a meeting between the Tellarite ambassador and the colony governor as advertised. This was something other.
Christine asked her audience if this looked like a regular meeting. Nicole was going to be furious at being outedby the network. The relationship between Christine and Nicole had actually improved in recent history including a ringing endorsement of Branson's return to the role coming out of the tensions of the Klingons-Cardassian Alliance. Christine was very proud of the breaking story.
She then switched gears accusing Task Force Commander John Warren of trying to hide the relationship between Saehir Marrus and his son Peter Warren because of the way she left the King's Fleet. John has publicly characterized the relationship as a one night stand made possible out of the peace conference and not a coupling.
Christine then revealed the image from the personal logs of the commanding officer of the the Bolt.
Christine taunted both Peter and John Warren to try to explain away the image of the Topless Romulan as a political assignment out of the peace accord. Christine hd that eerie smile as she ended her evening broadcast. She was in her zone.
