"The Romulans must believe that you won the election fair and square. They must not know that I threw the election because I want to maintain my Romulan contacts.", Christine snapped.
"I am doing all that I can.", Branson looked at Christine.
"F**k, Branson, you are married to Allison Leo. You cannot be seen in public with Monica Pan'Taar. Worse yet, she is a student in your Academy. God, are you stupid!?!", Christine looked at Nicole.
"I have been trying to stay out of the limelight. You know that me and Allison were married to keep the colony. I tried to make that work, but I love Monica.", Nicole retorted. She sounded like her spoiled brat self.
"We cannot have this.", T'Nley tossed the PADDs across the table.
Nicole looked at the images, "She was worried I was going to leave her after I attended the Praetor T'Ros Luncheon with Allison. I was just comforting her."
"This was published by the BET and FBN and not RDTV. I look like a fool. I am in a campaign with you and my network never scored this scoop. I cannot believe I am asking you this. Secretly, I wanna see you destroyed, but be freakin' careful.", Christine demanded.
"I will be better.", Nicole looked at the Vulcan-Romulan hybrid.
"The polls are very close. This kinda crap could sway voters to vote for me and then all is lost. The Romulans will control the government and through me the media. Do you want that? Think of Vincent and the King's Fleet. Grow up, for Camelot's sake.", Christine scolded storming from the room.
Nicole picked up the PADD and stared at the image.
