The Klingon Empire has finally achieved stability under the leadership of Chancellor Lupac Kabarann. In this new found leadership, Chancellor Lupac reached out to the Federation to become an associate member.
In a gesture of goodwill, Chancellor Lupac Kabarann offered the colonies in the Beta Penthe sector to the Federation. No one would accept the offer so Admiral Antoinette Viceroy reached out to its original colonists, the King's Fleet.
Admiral Vincent Viceroy indicated that they had a mission. They were serving as Peacekeepers in the Trans-Stellar region. Toni begged her uncle to help establish the Klingons as official members of the Federation. 2395 could be the start of something special.
