"I just came from visiting with Christine.", Saehir stood in the doorway looking at Dev.
She looked positively radiant in the red oriental short skirt set.
"I know you have Zek. I know that Bell and Scott have the evidence to bring down the Ferengi and his underground.", Saehir looked at Deveniss.
"Wait, what the hell are you saying, Romulan?", Deveniss stood up.
"I am saying that Praetor Suran, Chancellor Kevoth and President T'tan have decided that he is too dangerous in a time of tenuous peace in 2396 to allow back into the timeline. There is a difficult trust between the superpowers brokered by Section 31 to reestablish the status quo. The trust would called into question if there was a player with enough power to play on all sides. The superpowers have decided that Zek Ishka is better off managed in 2016 by the King's Fleet.", Saehir explained.
"What?!", Deveniss looked at her.
"Manage him. Keep him stuck in his little world.", Saehir snapped.
"He f**king killed Valerie. He shot her in cold blood!", Deveniss shouted.
"I am not here to dispute the facts. I am just here to relay the message.", Saehir looked at Deveniss.
Deveniss looked back at Tan. He looked over at Nicole, "What are we supposed to tell Jenyris or Charlene?"
"I don't know.", Nicole looked at the floor.
Tan looked at Deveniss, "We cannot bring him down but we can hurt him."
Deveniss looked at Tan, "How?"
Toni walked into the Excursion with Hawkins, Tanus, Salem, Mickey and Chick. Zek started yelling, "Word has come down. You can't touch me, ADA Viceroy. Your own uncle has given the word."
"You are right, Ishka. You are not to be brought down.", Toni smiled.
London walked out of the back. Toni smiled, "Admiral, I am glad you are here. Your services are required."
The marines started hauling in boxes.
Zek looked at Toni, "What the hell is all this?"
Pasha Trmel came in with City Counsellor Courtney Wellington. The hidden Andorian smiled, "Poor Zek, your building is in a shambles. There is very little that is up to code."
Zek looked at London, "What the f**k?"
London looked at the paperwork.
Toni smiled, "You may think you can f""k with us, Zek but we have the upper hand. We are King's and Starfleet trained officers. We believe in the rule of order. You are about to see what that means."
Toni turned to the Tanus, "Dragons may bring the fire, but Fleet brings the Files!"
