The King's County Sheriff's Office has a new look under Nicole Branson converting an old high school into the King's County Police Academy. Admiral Tan and Admiral Deveniss assume command of the Academy and will employ Colonel Hawkins Wayne to direct the students in procedural activities and established Salem Todd as the weapons instructor. Nicole has already approached Section 31 about recruiting new students from the Starfleet Academy in 2396.
The awesome work by first Bell Brown and Scott Todd and the follow through by Lanec Trmel and the civic law office and finally by Vice Admiral Michaela Hatherton in closing up the revenue have led Zek Ishka to return to Ferenginar and the Jolly Roger. The Excursion is now being operated by only London Todd. London has approached notorious double agent Saehir Marrus to be his business partner. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.
The other revision under Nicole Branson was the adding of an additional ambulance to the fleet. The USS Prince Edward joins the USS Providence in service to Dr. Skylight Greene. Captain Winona Warren has done her father proud assuming command of the Prince Edward and has creating a wonderful rivalry between Captains T'Zohl and Warren in getting patients to the hospital in record times. The crews have really enjoyed some successes in saving lives and in having fun. Terry and Cougar and August and Winona have both been known to disappear into the back of the ambulances once in a while.
With Hawkins Wayne moving over to the Academy, Thanius Tchilack took the opportunity to assume command of the home,and security armoured car. It is the most prominent role ever held by the Xindi abductee. With this new role, Patrick did not want to be stuck on the Hercules with just anyone in command. Patrick returned to the office as the shop foreman once again. The Hercules was opened up for Acrylos Teero and Giselle Leo to take the tow truck and begin the service of the fleet.
Nicole also abandoned by the smart car and the education and training role that lead to the Ba'Nico Laa tragedy. The smart car had just brought too much bad publicity. Captain Rochelle Hatherton has taken the standard issue Ford and she and Dennis have become the community face of the fleet. It is a much improved approach.
Nicole wanted Skye to take the hospital but Skye just wanted to practice medicine. Nicole finally went back to Tan whose soft business approach had led to the establishment of the Academy. Tan reluctantly agreed to return to the hospital as its administrator. Tan and Skye had to work exclusively together to establish the budget necessary to operate the second ambulance. They spent a lot of time together.
Tan had a relationship with the often very shy church mouse in Dr. Sympathy Ford. Tan had been feeling his oats as it were as a human. Skye loved being around him. Dr. Greene has been with women since joining the King's Fleet a long time ago but she loved the gentle nature of the Hierarchy Clanner. His soft way made him hardly like any of the other males in the fleet. Most were battle hardened soldiers or sailors.
Skye was called out of their budget meeting to assist with a dangerous surgery on the floor. She had to shower. Tan was still sitting at the desk trying to satisfy the budget requirements. Dr. Greene got out of the shower and prepared to reenter the office. Skye looked at her clothes, "Oh what the hell?"
Skye walked into the budget office.
Tan looked at Skye, "Holy sh**!"
Skye smiled, "Things in the service are changing. Maybe we could change with them."
Tan had had actual human sex a very limited number of times. He was still finding his rhythm but his gentle nature helped Dr. Greene find her heterosexuality once more. Tan sat in his desk chair as Skye put her clothes on. He looked at Skye, "I never met to hurt Sympathy."
Skye looked at Tan, "She will be sad but she has to understand what it takes to be in a relationship in the fleet."
"Are we in a relationship now?", Tan asked.
"I would like to be.", Skye offered.
Tan pulled her down onto his still naked crotch, "I think I would like to be too."
