Chikara Larle, the Klingon pilot in the Stingers fighter squadron brought a Klingon ground troop member back to Reykja Penthe. The Klingon had been wounded in a ground battle.
Colonel Gaston Golden approved of the medical evac despite the disapproval of Admiral Gabriel Moyer. The Starfleet Commander in Chief wanted the Klingon rebels to be afraid of the Dogs of War. Golden has been more merciful.
Admiral Deveniss supported the care of the rebel. Starfleet was once again furious with the regional fleet authority. The medical staff aboard the USS Archangel were directed back to Reykja Penthe and were able to save the life of the wayward Klingon.
Even Admiral Moyer himself took the opportunity to speak to the POW in order to try to understand why the Klingon rebels are so against the Klingon Empire in the Federation. Though the conversation did not yield much, it must be seen as a positive that Admiral Deveniss and Colonel Golden may have made some inroads with the rebels.
