Omega Prime Mayor and Omega Colony Chancellor Nicole Branson was admitted to hospital today for a formal psychiatric evaluation after the Omega Colony Commander shot and killed Commander T'Liama of Romulus, a Tal Shiar Operative who was part of the attack on Sigma Station Alpha.
The Chancellor was also admitted after she slugged Omega News Network representative Christine T'Nley is one of the most played clips in the history of the Federation News Networks and across Subspace. In truth, what commander has not wanted to slug the media representative for their uncouth and often unflattering reports on Fleet activities.
All command protocols have been transferred to Admiral Vincent Viceroy under the authority of Judge Advocate General June Davenport. Admiral Viceroy wishes to assure all involved that little or nothing will change and the expectation is for Vice Admiral Nicole Branson to make a full recovery.
Ironically, the Vice Admiral is now in a bed just down the hall from recovering Admiral Tim Veltkamp who continues to nurse his bad shoulder wound.
Commander Martin Evans, the Police Commissioner has informed the Omega Fleet that no charges will be laid against the Vice Admiral stating that she had the executive authority to carry out the incident involving T'Liama and to terminate the spy who brought about the deaths of countless on Sigma Station Alpha.
Sgt. Robert E. Leo however did confirm that her new attitude displayed in the captured images makes Nicole the new prime suspect for the shooting incident involving Admiral Tim Veltkamp.
The command staff does not support this theory. This is an insane proposition for the Vice Admiral to shoot Admiral Veltkamp in order to allow the Romulans and the Jem'Hadar to attack Sigma Station Alpha. Sgt. Leo reminded us that she may very well be a paranoid schizophrenic who killed T'Liama in order to hide her accomplice.
Dr. Skye Greene will confirm our belief. Nicole was not involved and is not crazy...
Vincent went to see her. When she was arrested, she was still on a huge adrenalin rush and was dressed in body armour, but now she was in a hospital lab coat sitting on the floor in the hospital room crying and sucking her thumb. She was hardly "the real Nicole Branson"
Vincent tried to speak with her but she just sat there. She is in huge trouble. Vincent only hopes that the loss of T'Liama and the loss of Sigma Station Alpha was not too much for her. Perhaps the critics are correct, she is not yet ready for command...
