Caleb wanted more advice. He needed a flight path expert. Faulkner contacted Viceroy at the Federation Complex in Cairo. Cole Porter was there pleading the case for "an accident."
Viceroy suggested that Faulkner contact the USS Quasar Quest, Commander T'Zohl once served as a Flight Trainer for Star Fleet. Faulkner had Soliel make the call.
Commander T'Zohl wished that she was on the Tanmesad. There she would have access to the shuttle T'Zohl Gamma, something she had actually designed. T'Zohl came to the surface in a Phoenix Federation service shuttle.
Caleb explained the tragectory of the Antican shuttle and the defensive grid of the city of Cairo. T'Zohl looked at Caleb, "Damn Cats and Dogs."
Belvedere was walking up with Phillip Lexington. The Captain had brought the department out to cool some of the metal for the investigation.
"Mixing work with pleasure.", T'Zohl grumbled.
Everyone laughed. The Vulcan still did not get this human obsession with humor. She was simply making an observation. To everyone it was hilarious.
Colonel Brown looked at T'Zohl, "We can confirm that two missiles were fired or at the very least triggered from the #4 Cannon."
"Can you confirm tampering?", T'Zohl asked.
"That is what I said.", Soliel interrupted.
"Who are you?', T'Zohl grumbled.
"Soliel Viceroy-Todd, Phoenix Defence League Marine.", Soliel responded.
"Little Soliel.", T'Zohl grinned. She knew Lando, her father.
Soliel smiled, "Little?"
"I knew Lando well. I served on the Tanmesad.", T'Zohl smiled.
"Sometime we shall have to talk about my father.", Soliel smiled.
"To the business at hand, could the Pharoahs have tampered with the Caitain Defence Grid?", T'Zohl asked.
"We have found no such evidence.", Bell frowned.
"Has Commander Teero looked?", T'Zohl questioned the marine's ability to understand the electronics.
"No.", Bell responded.
T'Zohl turned to Caleb, "Inform the Chief Engineer. I will also speak to members of the King's Battlegroup. There may be engineering scans we can make from above."
T'Zohl walked towards her shuttle, "We will get to the truth in this mess."
Bell responded, "Hopefully before this escalates. Many members of the Antican Defence League would like 17 Caitians to balance this out."
"Lt. Faulkner, you may wish to speak to other shuttle experts. I would also suggest you try to recreate the flight pattern of the original shuttle. I have been informed that Governor's Station has a civilian pilot of some reputation. Baxton may be able to recreate the flight pattern exactly.", T'Zohl suggested.
"I will be in contact with her.", Caleb responded.
He looked at Soliel, "I wonder if she is cute, there toots."
Soliel did not know what to make of this Faulkner. He was very smart. He was a helluva of pilot. He was a nice man but spoke like a sailor.
