Nicole walked into the suburban house reserved for her and Magenta Coren. Magic was standing in the living room. Nicole looked over, "Magenta."
"What the hell were you thinking?", Magenta announced.
"Huh?", Nicole responded.
"You kissed that Cardassian in the Engineering tower. You kissed her!", Magenta started to tear up.
Nicole was stunned by the emoitonal reaction. She did not know what to say.
"You would chose the daughter of your enemy over me!", Magenta screamed.
Brenna came to the top of the stairs to look at her mothers fighting. Nicole was dumbfounded, "You are a machine."
"You are wrong, Nicole. I am not a machine. I am a biological reconstruct of Dr. Magenta Coren. I have flesh. I can be killed. If you pinch me, I will scream and if you break my heart, I will cry.", Magenta plunked herself down and buried her head in a pillow. First she screamed and then she started to cry.
"How is this possible?", Nicole looked at Magenta.
"Soonian Android Data was the prototype. He could feel. His emotion chip was a big part of his existence. I have all these things. I love you Nicole and you betrayed me with Annabelle.", Magenta looked at Nicole.
The pain in her face was SO real. Nicole felt her own heart breaking.
Nicole looked at Magenta, "You are not real. You were designed to help me through a rough time. Annabelle is a real person."
Magenta stood up and grabbed Nicole's face. She kissed her deeply on mouth.
"That is real.", Magenta announced.
Nicole was now very torn. Magenta or Annabelle. Machine or Cardassian.
