Governor Eugenio Coren, Mayor of Wells City and patron of the Vorta'Rome rescue had a deal with Commodore Vincent Viceroy and Phoenix Federation Vice President Nicole Branson to restore his governance if he agreed to assist in the rescue of Commander T'Ros. His rescue mission failed.
Coren however has reappeared with the deal in hand. Worse yet, the Phoenix Federation was present a picture blaming the Vidiians and the Romulans for tarnishing his reputation.
The disdain is worse than any degradation...
