The Omega Fleet, the Omega Colony including its member cities of Omega Prime under the authority of Vice Admiral Nicole Branson and Veltkamp Village, the business hub of the Omega Fleet Protected Territories is pleased to announce the Sister Fleet Relationship with the Alliance of Guardians has yielded an addition to the colony. The City of Atlantica site was chosen by Colonel Merken Vreenak, the Romulan who helped provide the geological survey of the ocean front in service to the Romulan Star Empire and Commander T'Ros of Romulus, the Vorta'Rome Mayor.
The City of Atlantica is built using the Omega Prime Public Works Staff and the Project Omega Contruction used to build Veltkamp Village. The city will fall under the formal authority of the Alliance of Guardians and transfer of facilities from the orbiting Governor's Station to the city of Atlantica will begin immediately.
