Monty looked at Lindsay, "Do you see that?"
"I do, sir.", Lindsay looked at Commander Vermont Viceroy.
"Move to intercept.", Monty ordered.
"Aye, sir.", Lindsay responded.
T'Zohl looked back at Casey, "Captain Larle, the Providence is moving from its standard flight plan."
Casey looked at Thua'ra, "Gul Varno, welcome. What are they up to?"
Varno had arrived shortly after the change in power. The Cardassians and the Klingons have a history of collaborations.
"President Hunt has learned of the changes. The Phoenix Federations will be taking steps to avoid a change in the power base within the region. Hunt is an old school Star Fleet Guy. He is just wearing different uniforms now. He cannot trust anyone. He will want to monitor what goes on here.", Varno explained.
"Will the USS Da Vinci attack?", Casey looked at Thua'ra.
"Even Hunt is smarter than that.", Varno was wise. He had seen the dark sides of every empire.
"The Amanda Corridor is his baby. It is his legacy for his beautiful wife Amanda. He will not jeopardize that. The Da Vinci will stand down.", Varno observed.
"This is the USS Providence to Phoenix Defence League Headquarters.", Lindsay spoke into the microphone.
"The USS Da Vinci has achieved high orbit and will serve to observe the activities on the colony.", Lindsay observed.
Vincent listened to the broadcast, "Damn you, Hunt. We will look after our own business, in our own way."
Elora looked at Vincent, "The President wants to help."
"The situation is under control.", Vincent growled.
"Oh yeah, the Klingons control Omega Production, the Civilian Government and the Flagship. We have done a good job so far.", Elora complained.
Vincent looked at his Commander and then stormed from the room.
