Summer looked at her communicator one more time. She read the message from Second Corinthians over and over again. The words were simple, "Assume Command of Terok Beta on behalf of Star Fleet."
Summer rolled over to see the portly clanner sleeping soundly next to her. She thought about the time they spent together on Station Destiny deep in the Beta Quadrant. She thought of the time she spent with Tan on Governor's Station. She thought of the things they did on the station and in the Village. Commodore Tan was her benefactor, her friend and even her lover. Tan did not have the right parts to be her sexual partner, at least not in the traditional way but he was her lover. He cared for her. He held her when she was sad. He danced with her when he was happy. She read the message one more time and then slowly turned off the PADD. She cuddled up and into the nape of the belly and thighs of the Hierarchy Commodore. She felt safe there. It was home. It was Phoenix.
Elora walked into the ready room from Station Ops on Governor's Station. She looked at the HUD as Commodore Elizabeth Coren of Star Fleet stood there making the same offer as had been made to her sister only hours earlier. Elora listened and then actually chuckled. She walked back in the Station Ops. Vincent was walking towards her, "A message, Commander?"
"Nothing important.", Elora looked at the console and touched the monitoring display. Vincent had asked her earlier to monitor the activity of the USS Washington. Business as usual, you know.
Lavender was coming out of the shower when she heard Nicole bellow, "Lassie, your freakin' communicator has been buzzing for an hour. God, why don't you answer the damn thing."
"Geez, I was in the stupid shower. Don't people have anything better to do.", Lavender walked over and tapped the communicator.
"Lassie, the operation is a complete disaster. Is there no loyalty in Star Fleet anymore?", Elizabeth snapped.
"Mother, what operation?", Lassie responded.
"The plan to place a Betazoid officer in power positions throughout the colony and then on my command assume control of the colony and deal a death blow to the Phoenix Federation. The mission however can be salvaged because we can control the governor. You can complete the takeover. The others will rejoin the effort when they discover our initial success.", Elizabeth was whipping herself into a lather.
Lassie listened to her mother, "Mother, I just got out of the shower."
Nicole walked in beginning to undress for a shower of her own, "Hello, Elizabeth.", she shouted.
"Lt. Lavender Coren, this is a covert operation. You need to move to the next level of the mission.", Elizabeth snapped.
Nicole walked past Lavender dropping her robe and stepping into the shower. Lavender watched with the amazement of a newlywed. Nicole looked so incredible.
Lavender unwrapped her robe and stepped into the shower. Nicole gave a little coo.
"Are you taking down the Governor?", Elizabeth could see nothing but she could hear the noise.
"Yeah, Mom. I am going down on the Governor.", Lavender giggled.
"Oh no!", Nicole laughed.
Elizabeth realized what was happening to her plans, "Lavender, you need to be following orders."
"Yes, Mother.", Lassie responded.
Elizabeth clicked off the communicator, "Damn!"
Eugenio looked at his wife, "What did you expect?"
"They are stupid, incompetent eunichs!", Elizabeth shouted.
"I think they showed they have balls, Elizabeth.", Eugenio responded.
