The image of Major Beamon and Lt. Commander Ashley Viceroy was supposed to be a rallying cry for the Retarnee. Zoe was embarassed by the image. Her relationship with Captain S'Nii is in a shambles. She could have folded up her tent and headed back to the Prometheus.

The Phoenix Colony is a strange and wonderous place. The colony has seen three miraculous moves. Moves thought impossible in any reality. The colony is literally alive above the irradiated Omega Sands. It is literally a living and breathing fuel tank for the Beta Quadrant. The colony is a bastien against the Retarnee advance.
There is an image that stands out in the early time on the colony. A bones of a giant fish were a shocking image for all of us. The colony is filled with giant and wonderous creatures including the troll like Togre and the ape like Primatos. These great races are native to the planet and are blessed with large size.
Major Zoe Beamon and Chief Poros met for several hours and turned a once adversarial relationship into an alliance. The Primatos Chieftan introduced the colony defence force to more of the local fauna... Giant cats...
The image is a wonderous symbol of the performance of the Hellcats in their own battle with the now split front war with the Retarnee near Giza. Tabrine Mandu and Colonel Belvedere Brown also rallied to drive the Retarnee back.
On June 9, 2391, the Phoenix Colony struck a serious blow to the Retarnee invasion literally driving the Retarnee back to their drop site near Cairo. The Retarnee were trying to rally when another image sent their troops back into their drop ships and into serious retreat.
On June 9, 2391, using technology developed by the first ever space victory over the Retarnee by the Hynerian Fleet near Beta Cermac, the USS Quasar Quest launched two fighters. One flown by Commander S'Ari of Vulcan and one flown by Lt. Commander Tchilick Tchilack, a Xindi. Captain John Warren looked at the main viewer and Admiral Vincent Viceroy, "This is a message folks. The planet is not inhabitated but it is within Retarnee Space. The Retarnee need to know... There is one message...

Governor Nicole Branson watched with Commodore T'Zohl in the Colony Complex. Nicole looked at T'Zohl, "Are they really leaving?"
"Yes, Governor, the exodus has begun.", T'Zohl looked at Nicole.
"Are we safe?", Nicole asked.
"No one is safe... Not until they understand, we are here to stay.", Commodore T'Zohl looked at Nicole.
"I am not going anywhere!", Nicole responded firmly.
"Neither am I.", the Vulcan spoke in a harsh Vulcan tone.
